Sorry It Has Been A While Here Is The Update!!!

I have been working on the restaurants as much as I can without making myself sick. Between kids work and everything going on I am still making some progress. I am now looking for some bread recipes. I have tried out a few and none of them I really like. If anyone has some please email them to me (I will give you the credit on the menu) email them to fourroms@msn.com I am looking for a white bread, sourdough, and a wheat. If anyone has extra money running around that they want to invest email me. Stay tuned for more information to come. Side note if you need an sauces or salsas let me know and I will make them up for you.

UPDATE!!!!!!

Here is an update on what has been going on. The restaurant is coming a long slowly and it is coming. Spenhaty is still ready to produce any sauces or salsa for your use. I have put it on the back burner so to speak. All of my time has been invested into the restaurant. I need to get hold of a pastry chef. I have many questions, this is not my strong point in cooking and I am willing to learn if they want to teach me their passion. BREAKING NEWS IS I AM WORKING A SECOND RESTAURANT. This a breakfast and lunch place American food with a Mexican food influence. I hope if all goes to plan that I will be starting the build out in October of this year and be open in 2010. We will see what is going to happen. That wraps it up for now.

Menu is coming together

After much study and I know a lot more to go I now have a basic menu minus desserts. If anyone knows of any traditional Native American desserts let me know so that I can look into them. I have the basic kitchen set up in mind and have many drawings of it on paper. I now know how the front of the house will look. I need to find a local wood carver for some table bases. Most important a local person that sells and makes his own Jerky. I am looking for all kinds of meat. I will keep updating as time rolls on.
