UPDATE!!!!!!

Here is an update on what has been going on. The restaurant is coming a long slowly and it is coming. Spenhaty is still ready to produce any sauces or salsa for your use. I have put it on the back burner so to speak. All of my time has been invested into the restaurant. I need to get hold of a pastry chef. I have many questions, this is not my strong point in cooking and I am willing to learn if they want to teach me their passion. BREAKING NEWS IS I AM WORKING A SECOND RESTAURANT. This a breakfast and lunch place American food with a Mexican food influence. I hope if all goes to plan that I will be starting the build out in October of this year and be open in 2010. We will see what is going to happen. That wraps it up for now.
