Sorry It Has Been A While Here Is The Update!!!

I have been working on the restaurants as much as I can without making myself sick. Between kids work and everything going on I am still making some progress. I am now looking for some bread recipes. I have tried out a few and none of them I really like. If anyone has some please email them to me (I will give you the credit on the menu) email them to fourroms@msn.com I am looking for a white bread, sourdough, and a wheat.
