Christmas is coming and hope that everybody is ready for it. I hope that Thanksgiving was a good one and that you all ate to much food. If you had to cook it was a day of work. If you did not cook then a day of eating. I did both cooking for me is not a day of work. Food came out great still finishing up left overs. I will help anyone with a Christmas menu for your parties.
I am still looking for some help getting my salsas and sauces out to the public. I also have started to put together an Native American food restaurant it is in the R&D stage I am also looking for some help with it also.

Look at http://nativechefs.com it is maintained by a person that operated a Native American restaurant for ten years in the San Diego area of California and teaches Native American cuisine at a BIA school.
